- The Firm suffers the loss of Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E., who was an integral part of the Firm for almost 50 years.
2012
- Natale Costanza and Peter D'Angelo leave the Firm.
2006
- Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E. agrees to join the firm as a Limited Partner to provide engineering services.
2005
- Jean G. Miele, R.A. retires from the firm. He continues to practice and provides architectural consulting services as a sole proprietor.
2003
- Peter D'Angelo, R. A. is admitted to the partnership.
2002
- Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E. leaves the Department of Environmental Protection and is appointed as a Commissioner at the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals.
2001
- Natale Costanza, R.A. is admitted to the partnership.
2000
- The firm becomes Miele Associates, L.L.P.
1996
- Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E. is asked to leave the Department of Buildings and become Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection.
1994
- Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E. retires from the firm to assume the Commissionership of the New York City Department of Buildings.
1990
- Joel A. Miele, Jr., P.E. is admitted to the partnership.
- Joel A. Miele Sr., PE becomes a Commissioner at the New York City Planning Commission.

- Benjamin A. Leonardi, R.A. is admitted to the partnership.
